How Our Original Natural Remedy To Stop Snoring Works

Our aromatherapist, John, searched for relief from his disruptive snoring for years. Striving to use only natural ingredients he set out to find a remedy. After a long day of blending a combination of essential oils together based on their properties, he went to bed. The next morning his wife, who is a light sleeper and was fed up with John’s snoring, exclaimed,

“John, you didn’t snore last night.”

Excited by this news, John supplied samples of the blend to family and friends to see if it would work on other people too. Surprisingly about 90-95% of people who tried it said it worked to either eliminate snoring or reduce it to the point where they (and their spouse) were able to get a good night’s sleep.

How Does It Work?

The properties of the essential oils in our Anti Snoring Blend help to open the airways and prevent the muscle in the back of your throat from relaxing when you fall asleep. When this muscle relaxes it vibrates, causing the all too familiar snoring sound. In people with sleep apnea it can block the air passage and cause breathing complications during sleep.
