Directions for use: Diffuse the oil in a burner or diffuser, inhale directly from the bottle or add a few drops in your bath or shower for an elevated experience. This blend of essential oils can also be applied by massaging 1 – 2 drops well in to the skin behind each ear during times of intense stress and anxiety.

For sensitive skin or for use in an aromatherapy massage, dilute 1:1 in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. If a skin reaction occurs, dilute further or discontinue use on skin.
